Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all ticket bookings made via www.viennaconcertcollection.com with Leon Rauter, sole proprietorship, Döblinger Hauptstraße 70-3-1, 1190 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter „we“). The language of the contract is German.
2. Service
We sell tickets for concert and cultural events in Vienna. The events are carried out by the organisers named on the respective event page; the organiser is responsible for staging the event itself.
3. Booking, payment and conclusion of contract
By completing the booking process and paying successfully, you submit a binding offer. We then confirm your booking with the organiser; the contract is concluded once the organiser confirms, which we notify you of by e-mail together with your tickets. If confirmation is not obtained, we refund the full amount without deductions via the original payment method. All prices are in euros including VAT; payment is made via an encrypted payment page of our payment service provider.
4. Tickets and admission
You receive your tickets electronically by e-mail. Each ticket carries a unique ticket number; please protect your tickets from unauthorised sharing and duplication. At the entrance, showing them on your mobile phone or printed out is sufficient.
5. No right of withdrawal
For tickets to events with a fixed date, § 18 para. 1 no. 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) provides no statutory right of withdrawal, as these are leisure services provided for a specific date. If you are unable to attend, please still contact us, as together with the organiser we will do our best to find an accommodating solution.
6. Date changes and cancellations
If the organiser cannot confirm the booked date or an event has to be cancelled, we will inform you without delay. At your choice you receive an equivalent alternative date, where available, or a full refund of the ticket price via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit usually takes five to ten business days.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage to life, body and health. In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. The respective organiser is liable for the proper staging of the event.
8. Data protection
Information on the processing of your data can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
