Frequently asked questions

Is Vienna Concert Collection a concert venue?

No. Vienna Concert Collection is not a single concert venue. We present selected concerts by different organisers at distinctive venues across Vienna. The specific organiser and venue are always shown on the relevant concert page.

Why book with Vienna Concert Collection?

You receive a clear, Vienna-curated selection of authentic classical concerts. Programmes, dates, venues and ticket categories can be compared transparently, supported by secure online booking and personal assistance before and after your concert.

Is Vienna Concert Collection based in Vienna?

Yes. Our team is based in Vienna and knows the city's music and cultural scene first-hand. This local perspective shapes our selection and recommendations for guests from around the world.

How does Vienna Concert Collection select its concerts?

Our Vienna-based team considers artistic quality, programme, atmosphere, transparency and organiser reliability. We include only experiences that meet our standards for authentic classical music in Vienna.

How can I book a concert?

Choose your preferred concert, date and ticket category. Enter your contact details and complete payment through the secure checkout page. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

What happens after I book?

Once your order has been received, we check the booking status and, where required, coordinate the reservation with the organiser. As soon as the booking is confirmed, your tickets are sent by email. If a date is unavailable, we will contact you personally to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.

How do I receive my tickets?

For instantly confirmed offers, your e-ticket is sent immediately after booking. For reservations that require personal confirmation, we send the tickets as soon as the organiser has confirmed. Delivery is made to the email address used during booking; please also check your spam or junk folder if necessary.

Do I need to print my ticket?

In most cases, you can simply show your digital ticket on your smartphone. Please follow the instructions on your ticket and booking confirmation, as individual organisers may have different admission requirements.

Are there any additional fees?

All mandatory booking costs are shown transparently before payment is completed. Vienna Concert Collection does not add hidden booking or processing fees. Optional services at the venue are included only when expressly stated on the concert page.

Are seats reserved?

This depends on the individual concert. Depending on the event, you may receive a specifically reserved seat or seating within your booked ticket category. The exact seating arrangement is stated on the relevant concert page.

Can I book at short notice?

Many concerts can be booked on the day of the performance, subject to availability. Current availability and any booking cut-off time are shown on the relevant concert page.

When should I arrive?

Allow sufficient time for ticket control, the cloakroom and finding your seat. We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before the concert starts unless a different admission time is stated in the event information.

Is there a dress code?

Most classical concerts in Vienna do not require a formal dress code. Smart casual or polished casual attire is a suitable choice. Any event-specific recommendations are stated in the relevant concert information.

Are the venues accessible?

Accessibility varies by venue. Information about step-free access, lifts and wheelchair spaces is provided on the relevant concert page. If you require special assistance, please contact us before booking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Events scheduled for a specific date are generally not covered by the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on the conditions of the individual offer. Please contact us as early as possible and we will gladly check with the organiser whether a solution can be found.

What happens if a concert is cancelled?

If a concert is cancelled by the organiser, we will contact you as quickly as possible using the details provided during booking. You will then receive information about a possible replacement date or a refund, whichever you prefer, in accordance with the conditions applicable to your booking.
